Vincent Ray Adkins
Vincent is an experienced small business entrepreneur and business consultant, first as a partner in a small business and then as a technology consultant. Vincent’s keen business acumen was honed at WinStar Communications where he sold technology solutions directly to the senior executives of Fortune 500 Companies. No newcomer to homebuilding and remodeling, Vincent has managed the production of custom homes for one of the area’s top privately held homebuilding firms and has managed production, purchasing, and pricing for high-volume production builders.

Evandro Graeff
Evandro is a 12 year veteran in the home building industry, beginning his career straight out of college. He managed production of high rise condos for one of the largest privately held builders in SOUTHERN Brazil. Evandro sharpened his business skills here in the Washington Metro Area as the founder and owner of GJ World Carpentry, with depth and experience providing solutions for custom home builders and high volume production builders.
