Our Process Blueprint:

Step 1

Create a Scope of Work – HC&R sits down with our clients to review the project at hand and discusses ideas, concepts and the target budget for the project.

Step 2

Review and Finalize Scope of Work – HC&R provides a written proposal to include the project scope, design parameters, budget line item estimates and timelines. Pending last minute additions/changes to the scope, the client provides authorization to proceed.

Step 3

Project Management – Behind the scenes, HC&R plans all materials to keep the project moving efficiently without delays. We also begin to meet with our business partners to ensure all the details are accounted for and everyone is well informed from start to finish. Architectural plans are completed, reviewed with the client and permits are applied for.

Step 4

Demolition – HC&R deconstructs everything in our way and quickly makes framing and mechanical changes to our client’s home in order to achieve the finish design planned.

Step 5

County Inspection – We prepare for a final punch-out inspection with County inspectors.

Step 6

Reconstruction – HC&R begins the work of reconstructing the project spaces per the new and inspected design by installing drywall and trim. Paint and final drywall repairs are made and the property is prepared for installation of cosmetic finishes.

Step 7

Finishes like granite, ceramic and hardwood are completed.

Step 8

Mechanical trades return to install fixtures and complete their work post drywall.

Step 9

Final punch and final County inspections to put the finishing touches on and ensure everything is working as it should.

Step 10

Final clean and walk through to make sure all the details are completed to your satisfaction.
